FOUNDING PARTNERS PROGRAM

Shaping the future of institutional cash-flow infrastructure on the Canton Network

about the Program

The Ozmium Founding Partners Program brings together a select group of institutional participants within the Canton ecosystem to co-design the next generation of financial infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets.

Ozmium is building a Yield & Cash-Flow Streaming Layer for Tokenized Real-World Assets, enabling institutions to move beyond static tokenization toward programmable, interoperable, and continuously distributed financial flows.

Unlike traditional RWA platforms focused on asset issuance and representation, Ozmium focuses on what happens after issuance:

how cash-flows are structured, distributed, collateralized, and settled across institutional networks.

Differentiation

Most RWA infrastructure focuses on:

  • Tokenizing assets

  • Issuing digital representations

  • Enabling secondary trading

Ozmium focuses on:

  • Cash-flow origination and streaming

  • Yield distribution across multiple asset classes

  • Stablecoin-native settlement rails

  • Collateral mobility across institutions and networks

  • Programmable real-world financial flows

We operate at the layer where real-world income becomes digital, composable, and transferable across institutional systems.

Focus Areas

Founding Partners will help define and validate:

  • Institutional cash-flow streaming architecture

  • Tokenized yield distribution frameworks

  • Stablecoin-based settlement (EURWA / USDRWA)

  • Cross-asset collateral mobility and liquidity design

  • RWA interoperability across networks (including Canton)

  • Institutional-grade pilot use cases for real-world cash flows

Why join

Selected partners gain early access to:

  • Pre-launch pilot environments

  • Co-design of institutional cash-flow standards

  • Product roadmap influence

  • Preferential commercial terms

  • Early access to Ozmium infrastructure

  • Strategic visibility within the Canton ecosystem

who is it  For

Founding Partners will help define and validate:

  • Institutional cash-flow streaming architecture

  • Tokenized yield distribution frameworks

  • Stablecoin-based settlement

  • Cross-asset collateral mobility and liquidity design

  • RWA interoperability across networks (including Canton)

  • Institutional-grade pilot use cases for real-world cash flows

Program Structure

The Founding Partners Program is intentionally selective.

Participation is invitation-based following review of expressions of interest. Selected partners will engage in structured design sessions and pilot initiatives focused on real institutional deployment scenarios across tokenized cash-flow systems.

Apply for Participation
